The Charleston PAL Mentorship program encourages youth to become active citizens and positive influences in their local community. Charleston PAL recognizes the potential of our young people to be the future leaders of Charleston, WV. Through regular meetings, community service opportunities, and enrichment activities, participants will gain ownership in their community and develop into strong leaders.
